Jimmy Kukral

Jimmy Kukral is a Development Manager at the OliverBuchananGroup, where he joined in 2025. He helps execute real estate development projects in Denver, CO, and supports new business efforts across the country.

Before joining OliverBuchananGroup, Jimmy served as Vice President at Klingbeil Capital Management, where he focused on land acquisition, entitlements, and development for workforce multifamily housing throughout the Denver metro area. Prior to that, he was a Development Manager at Stonebridge Associates in Washington, D.C., managing large-scale ground-up multifamily and office projects across the DMV region.

Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from Georgetown University.

He currently lives in Denver, Colorado, with his wife and daughter.
