Brian Fishman

Brian Fishman joined the OliverBuchananGroup in 2022 and helps to execute development projects in Denver, CO. Prior to the OliverBuchananGroup, he was a junior partner at M2 Development Company, maintaining a focus on multifamily ground-up projects in Denver. He has also held the title of Development Manager while with Revesco Properties. During his tenure there, he carried through ground-up and value-add retail and office projects in the Rocky Mountain Region.

During Brian’s career, he has been intimately involved in the successful execution of projects of all sizes and asset classes, with experience and appreciation of the entire development process - from initial underwriting to stabilization and disposition.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Denver in Denver, Colorado.

Brian lives in Englewood, Colorado with his wife and two children.
