EV Lofts was a part of the revitalization of San Diego’s east village. New developments like EV Lofts brought much needed housing and new life to the neighborhood. OliverMcMillan design and developed the luxury apartment building which features access to the San Diego Trolley.
EV Lofts is a 5-story residential building fronting 13th Avenue between Market and G Streets in the East Village District of Downtown San Diego. Covering three-quarters of a city block, the new ground up construction includes 208 mid-rise and ground-level apartments with studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom residences and two ground-level retail spaces of approximately 2,660 square feet each.
In addition, the building includes extensive common areas for residents at the ground floor and at the roof deck.
